5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1 We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Customers may return products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the goods are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
5.2 Return Shipping Costs:
If a product is defective or damaged on delivery, we will cover the return costs and arrange collection.
If a customer wishes to return goods due to excess stock, change of mind, or over-ordering, all return shipping and handling costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Bulky and heavy goods (insulation, ceiling boards, foils, etc.) are expensive to ship — in these cases, the customer must arrange and pay for the return courier service.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days of receiving the returned item.
5.4 Special-order or custom-made products are non-refundable.
