Read the delivery policyWhat information should I send for a quote?
Include the product name, thickness or size, quantity and delivery suburb. If you only know the approximate area, send the measurements and tell us what you are planning. For ceiling boards, include the board lengths you need if known.
Can you help me choose insulation or ceiling boards?
Yes. Tell us about the space, the type of roof or ceiling and what you want to achieve. If you have photographs or drawings, you can share them with our team on WhatsApp or by email.
How do I check delivery costs and arrangements?
Send the products, quantities and delivery suburb or postcode. Mention any access restrictions or unloading requirements. Ask our team to confirm availability, delivery charges and timing for your order before making arrangements.
Can I arrange a collection?
Please contact our team before travelling so we can confirm whether collection is available for your order, the correct collection point and when the products will be ready.
