Returns & Refund Policy

At Roof Insulations, we aim to supply high-quality insulation products and materials in excellent condition. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is returned in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase or invoice is provided.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of insulation materials and custom orders, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used insulation products
  • Installed insulation products
  • Custom-cut insulation products
  • Special order items
  • Damaged products caused by incorrect handling or storage after delivery
  • Installation and labour services

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, insulation products that have been opened or installed cannot be resold.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery.

If products are:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • or incorrect,

You must notify Roof Insulations within 24 hours of delivery.

  • clear photos of the product,
  • packaging,
  • and your invoice/order number.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.

Refunds may take:

  • 3–7 business days,
    depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Roof Insulations.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by us:

  • Return transport and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Roof Insulations may assist in arranging collection where possible, subject to transport charges.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Custom orders or specially sourced products may be subject to cancellation fees.

7. Installation Services

Installation service bookings may require advance scheduling and material preparation.

Cancellation of confirmed installation bookings may result in administrative or transport charges.
