Please notify Roof Insulations within 24 hours of delivery.

- photograph damaged goods,
- retain packaging,
- and provide the order or invoice number.
7. Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing:

- and reasonable site access.
Additional delivery charges may apply if:
- delivery fails due to incorrect information,
- No recipient is available,
- Or delivery must be rescheduled.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Roof Insulations shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

- weather conditions,
- strikes,

- or events outside reasonable control.
We will, however, communicate any significant delays as quickly as possible.
9. Collection Options
